He has a knack for identifying market opportunities others often overlook. Delving deep into a company's challenges, Jack uncovers barriers to growth and develops solutions to create a clearer path forward. As a marketing strategist and business builder, he is passionate about scaling businesses and finding new opportunities. 

Jack excels at revealing underutilized business potential and identifying new market avenues to reframe or refine a company's vision. His strong interpersonal skills and relatable style helped him build a team of experienced experts and valuable industry contacts. In his personal life, Jack holds conservative spiritual convictions and beliefs in the power of edification. He is an attentive father to a college sophomore at the University of Missouri, and has been a devoted husband for more than 39 years to his college sweetheart. An avid reader and international Scrabble player, he enjoys trivia, herbal tea, classic movies, classic men's vintage fashion, traveling, and public speaking.

Lisa is a serial entrepreneur, project controller, marketing strategist, and Chief Marketing Officer who excels at solving business operational problems in business and helping business partners succeed. She secures funding from a diverse network that includes private investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, family offices, humanitarian organizations, as well as both private and public grants. Lisa offers personalized attention and clear communication, guiding you through your growth journey and transformation while fostering successful, long-term relationships. 

In addition, she oversees the development and implementation of a company's marketing strategy and business growth initiatives. Lisa works closely with specialized team members and executive advisors to enhance operational logistics and address root issues for scalable growth.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lisa is a writer, book editor, director of a young ladies' training program, food bank volunteer, and Bible school teacher. She is also an artist, a devoted wife of 39 years to her best friend, Jack Peters, and a mother to a college sophomore with ambitious dreams. In her leisure time, she enjoys watching Korean dramas, detective movies, mysteries, science fiction, and historical fiction.
